• CEMEX, in four issuances of Mexican notes (Certificados Bursátiles) for MXN $20 billion.
• Foinbra (Capital Real Estate), in a syndicated loan structured by Scotiabank and Monex.
• CEMEX, in multiple structured financings and securities offerings backed by receivables between 2009 and 2025, where Credit Agricole and HSBC acted as lenders and Banorte acted as underwriter.
• COCA-COLA FEMSA, in two issuances of Mexican notes (Certificados Bursátiles) for MXN $10 billion.
• Dimex Capital, in a MXN $450 million securities backed by receivables offering of Mexican notes (Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios).
• COCA-COLA FEMSA, CEMEX, CrediClub, VITRO, Senda, and Vinte among others, in issues of securities listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange.
• Aircraft financing and leasing for international funds and banks, for airlines such as AeroMéxico, Interjet, AeroMar, Volaris, VivaAeroBus and Mexicana.
Restructuring and Refinancing:
• Covia Holdings, in its USD $1 billion debt restructuring (bank loans and guarantees).
• Arendal, in its USD $200 million debt restructuring (tender and exchange of old notes for new notes, secured debentures and contingent dentures).
• AXTEL, in its USD $800 million debt restructuring (tender and exchange of old notes for new notes and secured convertible debentures).
• Previous restructurings and refinancings, including CEMEX, Treofan, VITRO and COPAMEX.
Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity:
• CEMEX, in the acquisition of Broquers Ambientales.
• CLC Solutions, in a private equity investment by Bocel.
• AXTEL, in its merger with Alestra (a subsidiary of Grupo ALFA).
• Fink Group (private equity fund), in its portfolio investments and exists.
• Olmo Capital (search fund), in its acquisitions (IRESA and BASAL).
